We looked to have help renting our unit during a stressful time. Alex and team did a fantastic job marketing with beautiful pictures. Although it was a slow start with finding potential tenants and we had to adjust our initial parameters, Alex and Maverick eventually found a good match for the place. Communication was always open and prompt. She also found a great appliance repair person when our contractor failed us. Overall, Alexandra Moari gets the job done!
Alexandra and her team are fantastic to work with. She helped us rent out our unit in a week, during a slow time (November), for the exact amount we wanted. She was very efficient, communicative, and helped us as new landlords also learn the ropes. She made the process feel effortless. She was prompt to address any feedback we had about the photos or listing, and was proactive about suggesting what we should do by when. Super easy to work with and very flexible even though we were abroad for half the process. 10/10 would recommend.
I recently used Alexandra to help me find a tenant for a rental unit. This was my first time using an agent, so the process was a bit new to me. I do believe results speak- and while we had some initial struggles with communication, once we worked that out we were in business. Alex helped identify the right market rate, got the property listed quickly, and had a renter in a week. She assisted with repairs to the unit at very reasonable rates, ensured all paperwork was in order and produced a digital file for me, and handled all the tenant interaction. I even was able to Amazon a few items for the unit directly to her house to be taken care of. I would definitely use Alex again- based simply on the fact that she got the job done in record time. If you need someone to take care of tenant placement, definitely reach out to her!

We loved working with Alex and Jess! Alex had a clear vision for what needed to be done to prep our house for rental. We were ready to do some upgrades anyways, and Alex and Jess suggested effective paint colors, fixture types, even had helpful thoughts on where to place light switches. Alexandra Moari was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We found a great unit on Zillow and communicated with Alexandra the whole time. She was extremely responsive and quick. After we got the unit, she went out of her way to help me with renters' insurance and explain what I needed after the AAA agent had incorrectly input certain limits. She even jumped on a 3 way call with customer service! She is very organized, efficient, and clearly has invaluable experience in her field. I couldn't recommend her enough as a tenant. I hope to work with her again in the future!
